The ground floor of this area has now been reserved for the new coffee/wine bar.

The whole building is being massively renovated with new roofs, windows, entrances etc etc.

The old metal stairs to the left of the building will be removed.

At this time the first floor is available. It is approx 2,000 sq ft and is suitable for offices/studios etc.

The entrance/reception is planned to be on the ground floor with immediate access from the newly enlarged car park.
