We have some very interesting and exciting development news with regard to this property.
Someone has expressed a strong enough interest and committment in this part of the development to prompt Mark to start on the complete renovation of the unit.
The exciting idea is to create a coffee/wine bar with a range of quality foods. The whole building is being re-roofed and the interior will have a complete revamp.
There are some historic and really interesting features inside which will be fully exploited by the interior design team.
The opening date is probably the first week in February next year. I can´t wait !
Additional car parking has also been catered for by the demolition of a large concrete building within the parking area.
This development will be a fantastic addition to the site and everyone is really excited about it.
All this development has caused a bit of short term inconvenience, but everyone is fully behind it.
It will put the Phoenix Works property in a unique class of it´s own. It will be a pleasure to work there and visit the site for all.
